I had throbbing neck pain that restricted my mobility and was radiating to my arm. Simultaneously I had plantar fasciitis that was making me limp. She was very patient to listen to my problem and was very empathetic. I took a package for 15 days for both my issues. Within the third session the throbbing pain was reducing and the pain was only localized and by 10 days it was good as new. Her exercises helps me till date to keep sprains at bay. My plantar fasciitis didn’t come back either.

Today I had the first session with her, hope cure my problem completely at the end.

And I will most probably visit her for my future treatment if I need for my athletic career.

My father was suffering from an acute shoulder and hand pain. He has diagnosed with spinal spondylitis and doctor advised for few physiotherapy treatment. We started his physiotherapy there for 15 days and it was planned for half an hour a day however they have spent more than an hour everyday. The treatment was really good and his pain got reduced, also the doctors behaviour and response was appreciable. My father enjoyed his treatment there. Had this chronic lower back pain since one month, and like most I thought with rest and youtube exercises it will go but instead it kept growing.

Then showed to Dr. took the advised pills and again avoided physio as like everybody thought would be very time consuming.

Then at last visited Dr Shipra and got back alright (infact ran a marathon).

She is a great doctor with friendly and professional behaviour and have a a great knowledge of physiotherapy.

Moreover her counselling was also great, she listens to every detail of your pain and the best bring back the confidence that the pain will go.
